If any of the symptoms described below is noticed, stop using the light and contact the dealer in order to prevent equipment failure and accident. 1. Be sure to turn off the power switch before replacing the LED unit, disconnecting the power supply connector or cleaning. * Electrical shock or equipment damage can occur if any of the above activities is conducted while the light is ON. 2. Dismount the removable parts from the light fixture in the installed condition. 3. Install/remove the fragile parts such as glass globe, shade and cover carefully. Do not turn or pull with excessive force or apply vibration or impact.* Dismounting glass parts in a slippery place such as a bathroom can lead to the breakage of parts. Handle them carefully. 4. Make sure that the shade, cover, etc. are securely attached to the main unit.* If they are loose, they can fall and cause injury. 5. Do not splash water on any part of the light fixture with a flow of electric current. 6. Wiping with a dry cloth can generate static electricity and attract dust. Do not use gasoline, thinner or abrasive cleaner for cleaning.* Wipe lightly with a cloth dampened with water or neutral detergent. Use of improper cleaning agent can cause discoloration and deterioration and may lead to falling of the product due to reduced strength. 7. They are not suitable for cleaning clear glass or plain wood because they leave oil stain and oil film.Glass with fine surface texture can be cleaned by spraying glass cleaner and washing with water. Glass parts with large surface irregularities can be cleaned by washing with water and wiping with a soft cloth.Neutral detergent can be used to clean most light fixtures, but do not use it on light fixtures made of wood, cloth or Japanese paper. Also, do not use alkali detergents because they can degrade strength and cause damage.Frequent cleaning with a duster is the best way to keep the light fixtures made of wood, cloth or Japanese paper clean. Note that hitting hard with a duster can cause deformation, damage or cracking.Frequent cleaning with a brush is recommended for removing dust for the same reason for using a duster. Use of a soft brush is recommended for removing dust from detailed surfaces and tight spaces. 1. When the light does not turn on even the switch is operated 2.
